Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Our recent two-night stay was mostly pleasant. The staff were friendly, and the hot breakfast provided a nice start to our day. However, the noise from the nearby highway kept us awake at night. Request a room farther from the road for a quieter experience.

Location right off the highway means noise from traffic might be an issue for some. The elevator looked like it hadn't seen maintenance in months, with peeling panels and a certification that expired over a year ago. The bathroom layout felt cramped, lacking basic amenities like a properly sealed tub drain. The pool? Let's just say it failed at being water—felt more like a slapstick comedy sketch than a swimming area. One room showed signs of past neglect, like cigarette burns and a window that had clearly suffered some damage. All these quirks make you question whether this stop is worth it.

Had a nice stay with clean rooms. Breakfast options were really good. The pool area needs maintenance, though. Also, the parking lot felt uncomfortable at night, given its location near a truck stop. The games room was a fun bonus for the kids.

I stayed here for work and the bed was comfy. The room had a weird mildew smell, but I managed to sleep alright. Had some noise issues on the last night from a loud guest. The breakfast was decent enough, and there's a nice picnic area outside if you wanna grab some fresh air.

The open common areas had a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the accessibility features made moving around so easy. The staff was very accommodating, ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Good room but needs service improvement

Room was clean and spacious with a spa bath and good water pressure. Breakfast had a nice variety like fresh fruit and waffles. Indoor pool looked nice but was too cold to swim. Our room didn’t get serviced because the privacy sign was on, which was confusing since we didn’t think it would be an issue.
